I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was, especially considering our room was just behind reception. The price was totally affordable, and the room was clean, ornately decorated, and very comfortable. The service was generally nice, although one incident with a manager marred the experience. The location was fantastic, surrounded by lovely canals, restaurants, and a beautiful square, making it easy to explore the San Croce area. The dining was delightful, with a buffet offering a variety of Italian selections. Overall, a great value for money.
